    • To request our services, please contact us via phone or use our online quote form. A confirmation of your booking will be provided.
    • Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process.
    • If the customer fails to provide accurate information for the service booked, we reserve the right to charge a callout fee as well as the agreed-upon cost of the job.

    • Customers may have the option to send items to us for service, such as remote keys for repair, ECUs for programming, or keys for cloning. By sending items to Transponda Auto Locksmiths, you agree to:
      • Ensure that all items sent are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
      • Include a detailed description of the service required and your contact information.
    • If any item is not paid for within a legally acceptable limit (which typically is 6 months in the UK), we reserve the right to dispose of the item in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
